NLCC MJ Miller's Divisional Inspection
NLCC MJ Miller's Divisional Inspection will be held on:
Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, starting at 1830 hours (or 6:30pm for land lubbers).
All Cadet's Parents are strongly encouraged to attend this very important event.
The DIvisional Inspection is an event or activity that involves the assessment and evaluation of the Cadets within the Navy League of Canada.
The Navy League of Canada is a civilian organization that supports and promotes the NAvy League of Canada Cadet program.
During a Divisional Inspection, representatives from the Navy League of Canada, including Officers and Officials, visit a specific Cadet Corps to review its activities, operations, and overall performance.
The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that the Corps are adhering to the standards and requirements set forth by the Navy League of Canada.
The inspection typically involves a comprehensive evaluation of various aspects of the Cadets, such as drill and ceremonial proficiency, training programs, administration, discipline, safety protocols, community engagement, and overall compliance with the Navy League's policies and guidelines.
The inspection team may observe Cadets participating in drills or training activities, review documentation and records, interview Cadets, Officers, and Volunteers, and assess the overall organization and functionality of the Cadet Corps.
Based on the inspection findings, the Navy League of Canada may provide feedback, recommendations, and suggestions to help the Cadet Corps improve its operations and meet the required standards.
The inspection process aims to ensure the continued growth and development of the Cadet Corps and the overall success of the Navy League Cadet program.
