We have now opened Online Cadet Registration for the 2026 to 2027 Training Year running from September 2026 to June 2027.

For Aging Out Cadets (over 12 years old by September 1, 2026) or Cadets who are not returning:

We contacted you at the end of last Training Year on how to return your Kit at Banyan and to say goodbye!
We will be sorry to see you go and hope you enjoyed your time at NLCC MJ Miller.

If you did not bring your Kit back at Banyan, please return it when we start the Training Year 2026-2027 on any Tuesday after September 15, 2026 from 1900 to 2030 hours.
Remember that your Kit should be clean, ironed, on clothes hangers, and in great shape.
If Kit items are not up to standards, you may have to clean or, possibly, replace items.

For New or Returning Cadets:

We are now taking Online Registrations and we will return to In Person Training Parades starting September 15, 2026 at 1815 hours at the Navy League Hall (7411 River Road, Richmond, BC).

We start our In Person Registration on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 1830 to 2000 hours at our Navy League Hall at 7411 River Road, Richmond, BC.

For this method, download the following forms, fill them in completely, and bring in the required information to the Navy League Hall at 7411 River Road, Richmond, BC. Be prepared for this method to take some time and requires that teh Parent/Guardian to stay with teh Cadet applicant.

Bring a picture, pdf, or copy of the Cadet's BC Services Card (front and back) for proof of Medical Services.
Bring a picture, pdf, or the Cadet's Birth Certificate, Passport, Immigration Status, or Permanent Resident card for proof of age.
Bring a new picture of the Cadet's face on a neutral background in jpg format
