We require the following for all Cadets, new and returning, if not already sent in for this year:

• Fill out completely the:
  NL(320) - Navy League Cadet Application Form 2024.pdf using Acrobat Reader's Fill and Sign feature.
  Either email it back to us or bring a printout with you to the Hall.

• Fill out completely the:
  NL(321) - Navy League Cadet Medical Questionnaire 2024.pdf using Acrobat Reader's Fill and Sign feature.
  Either email it back to us or bring a printout with you to the Hall.

• Attach a picture, pdf, or copy of Birth Certificate, or Passport, or Immigration Status card for proof of age.
  Either email it back to us or bring a printout with you to the Hall. We need the front and back.

• Attach a picture, pdf, or copy of BC Services Card (front and back) for proof of Medical Services.
  Either email it back to us or bring a printout with you to the Hall. We need the front and back and we must have this before the Cadet can attend Parades.

• A new picture of the Cadet's face on a neutral background in jpg format

This is a regular In Person Parade with classes.
